Discard all contaminated/adulterated food immediately if it bears or contains any poisonous or deleterious substance that may render it impure or injurious to health., 113947.1-113947.6, 113948 - Obtain a state approved food safety certification course within 60 days of operation or when a Food Safety Manager has left the facility. Post handwashing signs in each toilet room, directing attention to the need to thoroughly wash hands after using the restroom. "No smoking" signs shall be posted in food preparation, food storage, warewashing, and utensil storage areas. Consumers shall be notified that clean tableware is to be used when they return to self-service areas such as salad bars and buffets. The most recent routine inspection report shall be maintained at the food facility and a sign shall be posted to advise patrons of its availability for review.
