Inspector’s notes
Measured the water temperature at a maximum of 70 F from the MK hand wash sink. [CA] Handwashing facilities shall be equipped to provide minimum 100°F water under pressure for a minimum of 15 seconds. [SA] Open food items removed from MK. MK shall be limited to commercially prepackaged products until hot water supply is restored. Notify inspector when hot water has been repaired.
