The pico de gallo was at 50 degrees F, the hot dogs at 48 degrees F, the baked rolls at 46.8 degrees F. According to the employee the last time the temperature was checked was yesterday. The digital thermometer is not working on the outside of the unit. [CA] The food must be held at 41 degrees F and below. Employee stated that it is 7Eleven policy to discard the food. The employee discarded all of the food items in the unit. Do not use the refrigerator until it can hold PHF at 41 degrees F and below.
