The facility is required to cease operations immediately and must remain closed until all corrective actions on the provided checklist are completed.

1. Email the signed and completed Reopening Checklist to the assigned inspector.
2. Submit a copy of the pest control report from a licensed provider.

[COS] PIC time marked pastries, ultimately, due to closure, pastries were placed back into walk in fridge after being out for one hour.

While writing the report for a neighboring facility, observed a customer come to the side door of the facility. Employee came out and handed a package of bread to the customer. Inspector asked the customer how they ordered their food, the customer stated that they ordered the food online. Facility's health permit has been suspended due to vermin infestation. Notice of violation will be issued to facility. [CA] A food facility shall not be open for business without a valid health permit.
CEASE AND DESIST ALL ACTIVITIES.
A permit shall be issued by this department when investigation has determined that the proposed facility and its method of operation meets the specifications of the approved plans or conforms to the requirements set forth by this department.
