Measured hot water originally holding at 108F at warewash sink. As water was running, water temperature went down to 83F and stayed there. Due to losing hot water at warewash sink, facility shall hereby discontinue serving hot coffee (machine) until repair is made to hot water. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of hot water at a minimum of 120F for all sink with the exception of hand wash sink to be held between 100F - 108F. Note: Hot water at mop sink measured at 120F.
