Observed a cockroach on the wall in the kitchen. Observed a dead cockroach on the floor near the back door. Facility is not open for business. [CA] Take effective measures to eliminate the roaches from inside the facility. According to the new owner and old owner they will clean up and have a pest control company come out for service before reopening. The facility is not currently open for business. Provide the pest control report once obtained.
