Measured ambient air temperature of walk-in refrigerator #3 to be 47 - 49F. [CA] Repair/adjust refrigerator so that it is able to keep foods at 41F or below. Note: some foods were stored inside but none of the PHF foods were for customer consumption (only for employee personal consumption). Recommend storing all PHF foods in a different refrigerator.
