The hand wash sink at the front serving line lacked a supply of hot water. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. [COS] Hot and cold water supply restored. Measured the water temperature from multiple restroom hand wash sinks at less than 100 F or greater than 108 F. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
