[COS] PIC repaired the faucet during inspection. 2) At the time of inspection, the handwash sink in the meat area was not in operation (the plumbing fixture is broken). Facility has submitted work order to repair the sink. Nearby handwash sink was available during inspection. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in good repair.
