Inspector’s notes

1) Water for the handwash sink located in the restroom was measured at a maximum temperature of 69F. [CA] Handwash sinks shall be able to provide warm water at 100F. 2) Water for the mop sink was measured at a maximum temperature of 69F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
