[CA] Ensure potentially hazardous foods are held cold at 41F and below to prevent bacterial growth. [COS] Operator moved orange juice and various Naked juices to nearby refrigeration to facilitate proper holding temperatures.

Observed ice accumulation on the condensing unit of the 2 door reach in refrigerator and an additional adjacent 2 door reach in refrigerator. [CA] Ensure refrigeration used to store potentially hazardous foods is fully functioning and able to maintain temperatures at 41F and below. All refrigeration shall be properly maintained and in good repair.
