Observed a live roach on the glue board. [CA] Continue to take effective measures to eliminate the cockroaches from inside the kitchen. Discard the glue board with the roach on it and replace with new board. Protect all food from possible contamination.

[CA] thoroughly clean the inside of the walk in, including but not limited to the floors, shelves and door frame. Kitchen items are stored in the walk in.
