Hole noted on the ceiling were the soda lines go through. [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage. 3. Floor tiles are missing under the cashier station. Per PIC, they made repairs for new cashier stations installed and are waiting for a contractor. [CA] Replace missing floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.
