[SA] FACILITY IS NOT PERMITTED TO HANDLE OPEN FOODS OR OFFER OPEN SAMPLES. Facility may only sell prepackaged foods. A follow-up inspection will be conducted no later than end of next week to determine compliance. See notes below.
