The water supply for the store is turned off to install a grease trap and conduct a test on the plumbing system. An inspection with the city's building department is scheduled for next week. According to the contractor, the water supply will be turned on after the city's inspection. Employees are using the restroom and janitorial sink located next door gas station which is owned by the same owner. [CA] Please close the store's restroom and continue using the restroom and janitorial sinks located in the gas station. The water temperature on the gas station's three compartment warewash sink is measured at 120 oF. Please restore water supply on the store within a week.
