Tritip measured to be 56F. Per operator tritip was delivered today and was not put away 1 hour prior. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. When receiving delivery, ensure all PHFs are at 45F and below and are immediately place under temperature control to maintain temperature of food. [COS] Meat was placed into reach in cooler.
