The MK hand wash sink is nonfunctional. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. [SA] All open food removed from display. Contact inspector for a follow-up inspection when water has been restored.
