[CA] Wiping towels shall be stored in sanitizing solution of an approved concentration when not in use (100 ppm - chlorine, 200 ppm - quaternary ammonium). [COS] The line connecting the sanitizer to the dispenser was disconnected. PIC reconnected the line.
