1. Observed a leak at the cold water handle of the three compartment sink. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair. 2. Observed the waste water discharge pipe for the handwashing sink to not be fully over the nearest floor sink. [CA] All equipment that discharges liquid waste shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes, and all wastes drained by them shall discharge through an airgap into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor. [COS] A plastic bin displaced the pipe and the piping was readjusted to be over the floor sink with adequate air gap.
