There was a piece of metal thick wire in the produce sink. [CA] The sinks must be clean and free of any debris. [COS] The wire was thrown away and the sink cleaned out. The slicer that the piece of metal came from had already been p0ut away before I arrived since they had noticed the machine out of alignment.
