PHF items (whole milk, half-n-half, puddings, yogurts, string cheese, hardboiled eggs) maintained inside the one-door merchandiser refrigerator measured between 45F to 48F. Ambient temperature of the one-door merchandiser refrigerator measured between 47F to 48F via probe thermometer placed inside. Thermometer placed inside the refrigerator the facility displayed a temperature of 48F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] PHF items were relocated into separate two-door merchandiser refrigerator to immediately cool.
