Observed ice scoop stored on top of wooden shelf. [CA] All cleaned utensils shall be stored in a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination, and at least six inches above the floor. Maintain scoop either inside ice machine where handle is not in direct contact with consumable ice or provide clean container to store scoop.
