[CA] Ensure chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 100PPM for manual warewashing to allow for proper cleaning and sanitizing of utensils and equipment. [COS] Operator added chlorine and adjusted chlorine sanitizer. Remeasured at 100 PPM.
