While reviewing TPHC logs it was found that strawberry oatmeal was returned to the upright cooler after being placed on TPHC the day prior. [CA] PHFs utilizing time as a public health control (TPHC) shall be discarded within 4 hours from the point in time when food is removed from temperature control. [COS] Items were found in the upright cooler and subsequently discarded.
