Pressurized tanks stored unsecured near blue food truck and bblack trailer. [CA] All pressurized cylinders shall be securely fastened to a rigid structure.

Facility does not have access to restrooms in 794 S 1st St Building. Restrooms used at neighboring building on same property (21 E Virginia). [CA] Restrooms shall be provided and conveniently located and accessible for use by employees during all hours of operation. Obtain access to restroom at facility for address on file within 3 months or apply for permit FP29 FACILITIES HELD IN COMMON for neighboring building.
