Containers of mac and cheese individually prepackaged do not bear a label. When asked the manager Emilly, she stated they got it from a vendor and could not provide documentation for the source. Manager said she wants to remove the mac and cheese from the shelves and will make to have the proper documentation and labels for the next delivery. [CA] Food must be from an approved source or properly documented. [COS] Employee vc&d the mac and cheese in the refuse bin.
