Found sewage back up at mop sink. Mop sink is located in back area and secluded from any food product. Facility sells only prepackaged nonPHFs. [CA] Food facility shall not operate if there is sewage overflowing or backing up in the food facility. The food facility, or impacted areas, shall remain closed until all plumbing problems have been corrected and all contaminated surfaces have been cleaned and sanitized. [SA] Operator opted to discard of grey water in restroom toilet and obtain water from hand wash sink. **Facility is hereby given a 24 hour notice to repair plumbing to be free flowing.**
