Several live and dead cockroaches were observed on the floor below the cook line and on the wall behind the cook-line. [CA] Therefore, the facility is closed until a pest control company conducted an intervention, eliminate any insects from the facility, and sanitize the food contact area after. Conduct a thorough intervention and cleaning and contact the district inspector for a follow-up inspection. After hour or weekend follow-up inspection will only be conducted at a charge of $645.00/hour re-inspection fee. Suzanne Lew, Supervising Registered Environmental Health Specialist approved the closure.
