Observed food stored on the floor throughout the facility: in the walk-in cooler and freezer, storage areas, and throughout the display shelves. [CA] Food shall be stored at least six inches above the floor to prevent contamination and pest harborage.

Observed several prepackaged foods for sale by "Tawaplatter" missing labeling information, including nylon poha chivda, multigrain cookies, thelpas, ravastick, fafda, nankhatai, etc. Per owner over the phone, foods are prepared at a commercial kitchen. No Environmental Health Permit or Processed Food Registration for this operation was available for review. [CA] All food shall be obtained from an approved source. Food prepared in an unapproved kitchen or private home may not be used or offered for sale in a food facility. [COS] All food was removed from the sales floor at the time of inspection and will be picked up by the vendor.
