Lacking food safety certificate (FSC). Per person in charge (PIC), in process of obtaining food handlers card. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times. As the PIC of the operation, operator shall obtained FSC as the ONLY employee on site.

[CA] Only store food items in approved food facility. Any other personal food items shall be stored completely separate from food being sold. [COS] Operator relocated all items unrelated to food facility in a different location.
