Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity
Observed a "Superte" milk tea machine installed at the front service area. Per owner, this machine was installed and used for a few weeks but is no longer in use. [corrective action] Equipment must be NSF approved or equivalent. If wanting to continue using machine, submit plans and specification sheet to the plan check unit for review. If no longer in use, remove the machine from this facility.
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.

Two containers of cooked boba held at room temperature measured 72F to 80F. Per employee, boba was cooked at 3:30 PM today and subject to time as a public health control. Food may be held at room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours. Any leftovers after 4 hours must be discarded. [correction] Employee placed label with production time of 3:30 PM.
