1) Holes observed in ceiling and walls of kitchen area. 2) Kitchen floor is not in good condition and appears to be unapproved. 3) Ceiling paint observed to be peeling in kitchen. [CA] Repair holes in structure and maintain in good repair to prevent pest harborage. The floor surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.
