Observed un-secure full CO2 tank. Lack of additional wall mounted chain link for smaller CO2 tank.[CA] Secure CO2 tank to an appropriately sized chain link. Dust and debris build up on walls, compressor, light fixture etc in walk in cooler. [CA] Clean interior of walk in regularly.

[CA] Hood shall be fully operational if cooking equipment is used. Email the service report to aleli.crutchfield@deh.sccgov.org once unit is repaired or by Friday 10/31/25.
