Observed PHFs to measure in the temperature danger zone located in the display case cooler (See measured observations). Per staff, the food was made this morning and the sliding door may have been left open slightly [CA] Ensure PHFs are properly cold held at 41F or below OR hot held at 135F or above. Repair, adjust or replace unit if necessary. [SA] PIC will have staff monitor PHFs to ensure the temperature drops; PIC put a request in to have the unit adjusted colder.
