Inspector’s notes

In the front dry storage area, in the corner: observed approximately 3 dead large cockroaches in sticky traps. No other cockroaches were observed in the facility. [CA] Keep facility clear of vermin. PIC was able to show ecolab service report from 1/14/26, which stated that no activity was observed.

In plain English

The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.
