Floor of the facility was very wet. Per PIC, Michi, the floor sink was overflowed by having two of the basins emptied at the same time. Note: Per Michi, it was both of the other two staff's first day and is actively training them. [CA] Ensure to maintain the floors, walls, and ceilings of the facility clean and in good repair. Dry the floor.
