Observed potentially hazardous foods located in both food prep cold hold units that measured in the temperature danger zone (see "Measured Observations". [CA] Ensure PHFs are properly cold held at 41F or below OR hot held at 135F or above. Repair, adjust or replace units if necessary. [COS/SA] PIC had staff discard PHFs that were in the unit for more than 4 hours. The rest of the PHFs will be time marked or relocated to a different refrigeration unit that is functioning properly.
