Against the walk-in freezer: observed gaps between floor tiles and the wall. [CA] Repair/seal gaps in floor tiles to prevent vermin harborage and to aid cleaning.

Observed mop was stored with mop head inside bucket. [CA] Store mop so that it can air-dry when not in use.
