On the ground to the left of the one door upright cooler, a dead cockroach was found. [CA] Ensure to maintain the facility free of animals, pests, and vermin. Clean the affected area from dead cockroaches. [COS] Sundar cleared the area of the dead cockroach and cleaned the area.
