Water temperature for the handwash sink located by the front counter is not readily adjustable and measured at 115F. [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve where water temperature is not readily adjustable at the faucet shall provide warm water measured at a minimum of 100F and a maximum of 108F.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.
