Observed a missing wall corner cap at the wall between the cook line and food preparation sink. [CA] Repair the wall with a durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable surface. The grout sealant surrounding the janitorial sink is in disrepair. [CA] Repair/ replace sealant.
