Hot and cold water available
Lack of hot water at handwash and 3 comp sinks (water measured at 61F). [CA] Provide hot water at a minimum of 100F at the handwash station and 120F at the 3 comp warewash sink. [COS] PIC adjusted water heater and restored hot water to all sinks.
The business had issues with hot or cold running water, plumbing, drains, backflow prevention, or sewage disposal. Some of these, like no hot water, can force a temporary closure until fixed.

PHF within the counter top was measured at 53*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, she had left it out for about 1-hour. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] PHF was moved to under counter refrigeration
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
