Observed food debris sitting in quaternary ammonium sanitizer in the sanitizing compartment of the 3 compartment sink. [CA] Ensure utensils and equipment are rinsed of food debris prior to placement in sanitizer. Utensils and equipment shall be washed, rinsed and sanitized in a clear/clean compartment of applicable sanitizer.
