*REPEAT VIOLATION* 1. Rodent droppings observed throughout bird seed aisle. Bird seed aisle (aisle #9) in close proximity to food storage area. Pest control report not provided at the time of inspection. Assistant manager stated pest control service occurred on 06/09/26. Assistant manager stated that per pest control company, there is a rodent infestation on site. 2. Photographs: Taken for documentation purposes. 3. Supervisor Notified: Ajani S. 4. Notification: The person in charge during inspection, Richard, has been informed that the facility must close immediately. [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food. The facility is required to cease operations immediately and must remain closed until all corrective actions on the provided checklist are completed. Requirements Before Reopening: 1. Email the signed and completed Reopening Checklist to the assigned inspector. 2. Submit a copy of the pest control report from a licensed provider.

No vermin activity found near register where food are stored and sold. No food contamination observed at the time of inspection. [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. Ensure food are protected from possible contamination at all times. Follow pest control service recommendations and monitor for vermin activity. Seal all cracks, crevices, and gaps under any exterior doors to prevent entry and harborage of vermin. [SA]: Manager was instructed to remove rodent dropping near pre-packaged beverages. Food is being monitored by staff everyday. -Pest control report from Ecolab for service that occurred on 05/06/26 was provided. -Per PIC, food item conditions are thoroughly checked daily. No food items have had evidence of adulteration/vermin contamination this year per PIC. -A follow up inspection will be conducted to verify compliance.

Food is being monitored by staff everyday and being covered in small bulk containers or large bulk containers. *NOTE* - Facility has active pest control coming to the facility once a week. Two different pest control services are coming to the facility within that week. - Most recent pest control reports were provided to specialist for review. - Food (candies) in the front area are being protected with containers and bulk items are being stored in bulk containers. - Per PIC, they go through the inventory in the front every day and remove any product if opened. - A follow up inspection will be conducted to verify compliance.
