Observed several coffee/water/tea device on counter top at customer self-service area (Crave tea, Crave cappuccino, Crave hot water & Crave coffee). Per operator, devices are currently inoperable and in process of repair. [CA] Discontinue the sales of open foods when devices are repaired. Facility is permitted as a commercially prepackaged foods only and lacks a warewash sink. [SA] Operator is directed to discontinue any potential sales of open beverages once device is repaired and immediatelyremove device from food facility. If facility plans to install a 3-compartment sink: a person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling.
