Measured milk bottles at 52F; per PIC, the bottom drawer was removed for cleaning which elevated temperature. Per PIC, milk was placed in drawer about 2.5 hours before inspection.
[CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above.
[SA] TPHC procedures were implemented; discard milk at 4 hours from when removed from temperature control.
Staff added ice around the milk and the bottom drawer was placed back in unit.
