Dust debris on the restroom vent. [CA] Clean dust debris. [COS] PIC cleaned the dust. Mechanical exhaust hood above microwave oven in the back area had a gap. [CA] Mechanical hood ventilation filters shall be in place with no gaps. [COS] PIC adjust the filters to prevent gaps.
