Inspector’s notes

Observed heavy accumulation of mold like substance on the interior panel of the ice machine with ice in contact. Ice is bagged and sold to customers for consumption. [CA] Clean and sanitize ice machine and maintain in good condition. [SA] PIC was unable to clean ice machine at time of inspection. Bleach was poured onto all the ice. Per PIC, the ice machine would be cleaned in a few hours and ice would be discarded.
