Inspector's note: The operation has child safety alarms installed on both vans but they are not able to switch them to activate status due to not being able to locate the key to the alarm box. The operation created a checklist plan to ensure staff is checking the vans daily at the end of transportation duty to be sure no child is left behind. Risk level: High.
