Inspector's note: During an inspection it was found that a caregiver was caring for children without a cleared background check. This was corrected when the caregiver left the operation. An administrative penalty will be imposed in the amount of 100% of the daily maximum per statute, HRC 42.078(a-2). A person cannot have access to the children in care before FBI fingerprint results have cleared. While results are pending a person may attend orientation and preserve training as long as they do not have contact with the children in care.
